1. What RentRadars Does

RentRadars is an AI-assisted rental property discovery and alert platform.

• Aggregating and organising publicly available rental listing information from third-party property platforms
• Filtering listings based on user preferences such as sectors, BHK type, budget and furnishing preference
• Sending rental listing alerts through Email or WhatsApp
• Reducing duplicate or outdated listing alerts using automated systems
• Helping users discover rental opportunities faster through automated monitoring

2. What RentRadars Does NOT Do

• We are not a real estate broker, agent or property dealer.
• We do not own, manage or control listed properties.
• We do not create property listings. Listings originate from third-party platforms or listing providers.
• We do not verify ownership, legality or authenticity of listings.
• We do not guarantee property availability.
• We do not guarantee listing accuracy, freshness or completeness.
• We do not participate in rental agreements, payments or negotiations.
• We do not provide legal, financial or real estate advice.

3. Platform Nature & Third-Party Content

RentRadars may reference or aggregate information originating from third-party platforms including MagicBricks, 99acres, NoBroker, Housing.com, CommonFloor and similar services.

• All trademarks, logos and brand names belong to their respective owners
• Third-party listings remain the property of their original owners or publishers
• RentRadars does not claim ownership over third-party listing data
• External listing links may redirect users to third-party websites governed by separate terms and privacy policies

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use RentRadars
• You must provide accurate information during signup
• You must not use the platform in violation of applicable law
• We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access where misuse is suspected

5. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information
• You are responsible for activity associated with your email or phone number
• You may unsubscribe or stop alerts at any time
• We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, scraping or suspicious activity
• You must not impersonate another person or organisation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use false, misleading or stolen contact information
• Use RentRadars to scrape, redistribute or commercially reproduce listings
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy our systems, algorithms or infrastructure
• Use bots, automation or scripts to abuse the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Use the service for spam, harassment, fraud or unlawful activity
• Interfere with the operation, security or reliability of the platform

7. Listing Accuracy & Verification Disclaimer

Property listings shown through RentRadars are sourced from third-party platforms and automated systems.

• Listings may become unavailable at any time
• Property details may be outdated, incomplete or inaccurate
• Photos may not accurately represent current property conditions
• Duplicate, incorrect or expired listings may occasionally appear
• RentRadars does not guarantee that listings are genuine, active or fraud-free
• Users should physically inspect properties before making any payment or signing agreements

8. AI & Automated System Disclaimer

RentRadars uses automated systems and AI-assisted technologies to identify, filter, rank and deliver rental listings.

• Automated systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results
• AI-generated relevance scoring is probabilistic and not guaranteed
• Alert timing, duplicate prevention and freshness filtering may not always function perfectly
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of automated systems

9. Pricing, Billing & Subscription Terms

Free Plans

• Certain features may be offered free of charge
• Free plans may be modified, restricted or discontinued at any time

Paid Plans

• Paid plans may include recurring monthly billing
• Pricing, features and plan availability may change over time
• Taxes may apply where required by law
• Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
• Failure of payment may result in suspension or downgrade of services

Cancellation & Refunds

• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle
• Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable
• Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for genuine technical failures

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• RentRadars is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages
• We are not liable for property fraud, scams, misrepresentation or disputes arising from third-party listings
• We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate, delayed or unavailable listing information
• We are not liable for third-party platform interruptions or changes
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RentRadars during the previous 3 months

11. Service Availability

• The platform may occasionally experience downtime, interruptions or technical failures
• Features may change, be removed or become unavailable without prior notice
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or continuous delivery of alerts
• Third-party platform restrictions or technical changes may impact listing availability

12. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using RentRadars or request account deletion at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately where:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• Platform security or reliability is threatened
• Required by legal or regulatory obligations

13. Intellectual Property

• The RentRadars brand, logo, design, software and platform systems belong to RentRadars
• Users may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit the platform without permission
• Third-party trademarks, logos and listing data remain property of their respective owners

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentRadars, its operators, affiliates and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with third-party property owners, brokers or platforms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting hello@rentradars.in.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal or technical changes.

Continued use of RentRadars after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
